4 Day Diet Plan
4 day diet plan is a fast and simple way to cleanse your body from toxins and lose few extra pounds.
This is a raw food weight loss and natural body cleanse diet and it is especially effective if you use organic products. Only natural and fresh fruits and vegetables have necessary nutrients and other elements to detoxify your body and nourish it at the same time.
I love this diet because it boosts energy levels and is fun to follow!
I enjoy fruits and vegetable and love freshly squeezed juices. And you will have plenty of that if you choose to get in shape using this 4 day diet plan.
Make sure that you get off this diet after 4 days and gradually go back to your regular healthy eating habits. As this diet is a low calorie diet plan do not repeat it more often than once in 4 month or you will mess your metabolism up.
You may drink as much water and/or green tea as you like while staying on this 4 day diet plan.
1 Day – Cleansing
Get ready for yummy juice fasting today. Juice fasting means that all you can ‘eat’ are fruit and vegetable juices. You may choose any combinations from your favorite fruits and vegetables. For example, you can prepare carrot and apple juice, or tomato, celery and spinach juice.
Juices stimulate your digestion, speed up metabolism and cleanse all your digestive organs. The only restriction for today is the amount of juices you can drink – 1.5 liters or 50 oz or 6-7 cups.
2 Day – Nourishing
After quick juice fasting this is a day when you move onto the next step of nourishing your body and further cleansing your internal organs. Today you will need a pound of cottage cheese (plain with any fat content) and 50 oz of plain yogurt or kefir. Divide all the food into 5 equal servings and eat each serving every 2.5 to 3 hours. Drink a glass of water or green tea half an hour before and 1 hour after your meals.
3 Day – Rejuvenating
Today’s 4 day diet plan menu is fresh vegetable salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Vegetables have lots of fiber and olive oil is pure fat. This combination of complex carbs, fiber and fat will provide you with energy, nourish your body cells and be kind on your stomach.
4 Day – Detoxifying
We will end the 4 day diet plan the same way we have started it. Today you will drink fruit and vegetable juices as in day 1.
One more day of juice fasting will remove last toxins from your body and digestive tract.
If you do everything correctly you will feel 10 years younger, lighter, energized and in great shape!
After 4 days gradually return to your normal eating habits; for best results make sure you do a slow switch and do not jump into eating everything in sight.
